Germany’s federal election was held less than a week ago to elect the members of the 18th Bundestag. The Christian Democratic Union/Christian Social Union (CDU/CSU) of Chancellor Angela Merkel won their best result since 1990, with nearly 42% of the vote and nearly 50% of the seats, and besides the interactive maps that newsrooms created to depict the results, there were also infographics for print editions, such as the ones opening today’s This is Visual Journalism.
But that’s not all – in fact, with 40 fresh infographics, it’s obvious that many other topics are covered here, like the Nairobi shooting, the situation in Syria, Cristiano Ronaldo’s renewal with Real Madrid, and many more.
Hope you enjoy the full list!
